The prime aim of the Channel Manager is to ensure that the revenue and margins target is met for the year. The Channel Manager is also responsible to ensure the company requirements in terms of revenue and distribution targets are met across the Sultanate.
- Minimum 8 Years' Experience in Sales & Distribution
- Accomplishes the target (revenue as well as margins) fixed by the GM Commercial on Monthly, Quarterly & Annual basis
- Provides customer feedback to the GM Commercial and highlight practice which are beneficial or detrimental to the business
- Acquires in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered by the company
- Actively contributes towards development and implementation of distribution strategies & promotional campaigns to achieve desired states and efficiency
- Trains new personnel in selling techniques
- Explore and set up channels as per management needs
