Role & Responsibilities :
- Possesses negotiation skills
- 4-6 years of experience in Tier 1 Ecommerce, FMCG, Retail with experience in managing multiple channel partners
- Deliver GTM priorities- Enterprise Sales, National Tie ups, Strategic priorities, and building distribution across regions
- Build Franchise distribution capability in establishing high quality smart operations
- Build Franchise Channel level capability, training and development, platform upgrade deployments at the distributors
- Knowledge of working with multi-functional teams, good understanding of logistics operations
- Manage sales team and drive targets to acquire new corporate clients and expand territory for operations
- Design inputs and lead execution on right GTM and emerging business models
- Deliver Growth targets of the territory : Area & business planning
Required Qualification :
- 2015 MBA passouts from Symbiosis, MDI, FMS, Nirma, SP Jain.
- Target Companies - FMCG, Retail and Ecommerce companies
- Need candidates who have a notice period of 30 days.
