Channel Manager - Modern Trade (Reputed Consumer Durable Company)
Job Description
- Handling Sales management of Modern trade at the large format retail stores like Big Bazaar, Star Bazaar, Hypercity, D-Mart, Bharti Wal-Mart, Reliance Retail, Metro, Spencers Retail, etc.
- Handling sales & Operations across Mumbai Region
- Leading and mentoring a team of Brand Promoters associated at hyper stores/counters and monitoring their primary as well as secondary sales store-wise.
- Tracking and reviewing sales target performance with the stores and promoters on an on-going basis.
- Initiating marketing and sales strategies, merchandise planning, requirement forecast, branding and visual merchandising, etc.in order to ensure achievement of monthly budgets.
- Keeping track of competitor pricing and new product launches.
- Observing and updating competitors" sales information, merchandising activities and newly launched SKUs.
- Interfacing with service operations / quality problems and sorting the same
Desired Profile
- Candidates should have proven experience in Modern Trade.
- Currently working with Retail,FMCG,Consumer Durable domain are good to go.
- Good exposure in Promoter Management.
