One of the Food tech start up is looking upon for Channel Manager
Role & Responsibilities :
- Deliver GTM priorities - Enterprise Sales, National Tie ups, Strategic priorities, and building distribution across regions
- Build Franchise distribution capability in establishing high quality smart operations
- Build Franchise Channel level capability, training and development, platform upgrade deployments at the distributors
- Manage sales team and drive targets to acquire new corporate clients and expand territory for operations
- Design inputs and lead execution on right GTM and emerging business models
- Deliver Growth targets of the territory : Area & business planning

Work Experience Required :
- Start up attitude is a must have i.e. ready to work in dynamic environment
- Knowledge of working with multi-functional teams, good understanding of logistics operations
- 4-6 years of experience in Tier 1 Ecommerce, FMCG, Retail with experience in managing multiple channel partners
- Possesses negotiation skills, networking and influencing ability
- 5-8 years of relevant marketing experience in F&B /Ecommerce/ FMCG Retail
- Channel partner infrastructure development & management
- MBA from Tier 1 institute.
Post MBA experience of 4 to 5 yrs required.
