Channel Manager
- We have an urgent opening for Channel Manager in Gurgaon Location.

- We are scaling up 3-4X every year and are present in the 3 cities and we plan to expand to 8 cities in next year. serves approximately 40,000 customers every month, for a variety on the go needs with its innovative app based unmanned kiosks.
- Deliver GTM priorities- Sales, National Tie ups, Strategic priorities, and building distribution across regions
- Build distribution capability in establishing high quality smart operations
- Build Channel level capability, training and development, platform upgrade deployments at the distributors
- Deliver projects and priorities with the territory and operations teams
- Build capability of distributor with high level engagement and growth KPI basis with Top accounts
- Design inputs and lead execution on right GTM and emerging business models
- Deliver Value targets of the territory : Area & business planning
- Target service improvement to GruBox stores and gather feedback and manage relations fulfilment centers
- Keywords Sales, Retail, Business Development, Channel partner development
Work Experience Required :
- Start up attitude is a must have i.e. ready to work in dynamic environment
- Knowledge of working with multi-functional teams, good understanding of logistics operations
- 4-6 years of experience in Tier 1 FMCG /Retail companies with experience in managing multiple distribution partners
- Possesses negotiation skills, networking and influencing ability
- 5-8 years of relavant marketing experience in F&B / FMCG Retail
- Distributor infrastructure development & management
- Bachelor degree. MBA is a plus.
