Channel Manager - BOP

Job Details :

- Develop Marketing Plan for BOP Markets to recruit new consumers to the category

- Develop customized DME elements for BOP Outlets

- Develop Retail and consumer promotions to improve incidence and transactions at the BOP Outlets

- Develop the Horizontal Expansion Plan basis the Demographics of the market and guide field teams on the markets selection

- Develop Training Programs for women retailers to improve population, incidence and transactions to enable them to run their business profitably

- Develop and Execution Scorecard on the lines of RED for BOP Outlets and track metrics

- Develop a Sales Force Effectiveness Scorecard like GREEN for BOP Sales Team and Track Metrics

- Track ROI at outlet level and business level to take corrective actions

- Focus on driving brand coke development, track brand mix and ensure that brand coke contribution remains 75%+

Minimum 8 years of experience including experience in Field Sales and Marketing

Experience in Field Sales and Marketing or Channel Management

Educational Qualification : MBA
