Organization: Leading Mutual Fund Company/ AMC
Location: Pune
CHANNEL MANAGER - ALTERNATE SALES (Team Management)
CTC Package: 7.0 lacs to 10.0 lacs (Negotiable)
Exp : 3- 12yrs
Reporting to: Channel Head - Customer Engagement/ Alternate Sales
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
Responsibilities:
- To manage a team of 4-5 RMs and drive Mutual fund sales in the assigned channel through them.
- To up sell MF products to existing Retail/HNI Clients, as per the assigned database, generation of fresh leads through reference to shore up the clientele.
- Achieving the business targets assigned in terms of up selling MF & PMS Products, enhancing and upgrading the Client Net worth relationships also achieving sales and revenue targets spread across product mix
- Profiling customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs
- Ensuring the highest levels of service to the client /HNI customers
- Providing Investment planning and advice
- One point of contact for the assigned customer
- Acquisition & Servicing of HNI/UHNI customers prefer NISM Certified candidates with experience in managing Retail/HNI Clients, with in depth knowledge of Mutual Funds.
- Equally important to be well versed with the competition and to be abreast with the current market scenario of MF & PMS products
