Job Description : - Develop and Champion the Motor Insurance distribution through Used Car Dealership network across the country - Take complete ownership of P&L for the vertical encompassing sales prospecting, launching new cities, setting and meeting pre-defined growth milestones - Design and improve SOPs, policies, and practices so as to achieve the goals and ensure regional hubs adhere to company-wide laid down rules and guidelines - Resolve escalations, conflicts and ensure free flowing communication amongst the stakeholders - Lead, Motivate & Manage team. Coach and review them to extract great performance - Provide market feedback regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product roadmap - Drive productivity improvement through technological advancements Key Skills and Experience : - Overall experience of 4-5 years with strong pedigree - Demonstrated ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment, and to maintain demanding timelines - Excellent communication skills, ability to do multi-tasking and deal with multi stakeholders - Strong Relationship & People Management Skills - Passion to explore in a rapidly scaling startup environment with a strong entrepreneurial mindset - Experience in handling high volume transactions & dealing with large sales team
