We have very urgent position in one of Semi-durable organization across the following location -

BASE LOCATION - Mumbai

OFFERED CTC - ( negotiable ) + incentives ; depending upon current CTC.

POSITION - Channel Head - Ecommerce

REPORTING - Director Sales

Reportees - 2

SPAN OF CONTROL - pan India ; Corporate profile

INDICATIVE JOB PROFILE :

The position holder will oversee the sales of all brands on Ecommerce.

- Responsible for the achievement of the overall business plan along with the target margin as well as profitability within India - for the brand in the Ecommerce channel.

- Based on the evolving market build the drop shipment approach for the brand.

- Focus on ensuring that the brand gets visibility on all the five key third party ecommerce platforms.

- Manage the marketing budget to achieve the business plan. Work with marketing to get the creatives to partners on time. Study post campaign performance to understand ROI. Manage Amazon CPC.

- Work with product and planning teams to ensure the right products are available in right quantities to be sold on Ecom platform.

- Ensure market leadership on Ecom platform.

- Monitor online discounting

- Streamline listing templated and improve descriptions

Education - 

Post Graduate in Business Administration or Marketing.

Experience Requirements - 

- Hands-on with 2-4 years of working experience in similar capacity in ECOMMERCE sales & marketing.

- 5+ years of working experience in Sales Function

- Excellent market connection and in depth understanding ofthe market and the ecommerce network.

- Has preferably experience with premium brands or other quality fashion related products;

Mobility/Travel - Travel within India.

Computer Skills - Frequent user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Language - Excellent spoken and written English.
