Channel Head - Corporate Salary - Bank

A. Position Purpose:

Channel Head CSRM role is responsible for building and managing CSRM team Pan India. CSRM team is responsible for all top corporates of the Bank and get more business from these corporates including cross sell and increase market share. This is a role with clear revenue/ market share and quality budgets.

Position Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruit and manage pan India CSRMs. Work with them to achieve CSRM channel budgets for the year.

2. Work with CSRM teams for delivery of business, cross sell, quality, market share and engagement numbers.

3. Maintaining desired quality in existing CSRM portfolio, regular tracking of quality parameters and taking necessary action along with relationship teams.

4. Ensure regular corporate activities are done by CSRMs, plan the monthly calendar, track each activity and results. Each activity needs to be published and reviewed.

5. Ensuring multiple products are sold at the time of sourcing and look for opportunities to increase wallet share both at customer and corporate level.

6. Work on increasing product holding ratio for CSRM - portfolio, track the performance of team and take correcting steps.
