Channel Excellence Manager - South Asia (Female Candidate Only)

Channel Expansion:

- Identify and explore opportunities in virgin regions for expanding sales channels.

- Develop and execute a strategy for entering new markets.

Build Relationships:

- Foster strong relationships with distributors and other ecosystem partners.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance product distribution and market reach.

Team Management:

- Lead and manage a sales team.

- Monitor and mentor salesperson performance.

- Provide coaching and guidance for improvement.

Product Introduction and Launches:

- Plan and execute digital product launches.

- Ensure successful introduction of new products within the assigned geography.

Data Collection and Analysis:

- Generate secondary data pools for informed decision-making.

- Analyze market data for insights into pricing and market positioning.

Customer Experience Enhancement:

- Provide tools and information to improve customer experience.

- Engage with cross-functional teams (CFT) to drive product-led development.

Business Forecasting:

- Forecast business volume and value.

- Set objectives and align the team to achieve them.

Drive Adjacencies:

- Explore opportunities for diversifying into new business lines.

- Focus on expanding into areas

Geography Mapping and Development:

- Strategically map and develop the assigned geography.

- Identify potential new market segments and regions.

Competitive Analysis:

- Create a competitive landscape analysis.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Digitalization:

- Drive digitalization efforts both internally and externally.

- Utilize digital marketing to promote products.

Training and Education:

- Provide training to customers, distributors, and internal teams.

- Ensure that everyone is well-versed in company products and processes.

Distribution Expansion:

- Develop a strategy roadmap for distribution expansion.

- Monitor distributor compliance and agreements.

ROI Measurement:

- Measure ROI and success of various initiatives.

- Create ROI structures for distributors.

E-commerce Engagement:

- Engage with e-commerce platforms and other seller points.

- Explore ways to improve online sales performance.

Leadership and Motivation:

- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and profitability goals.

- Plan and execute strategies for geographic expansion.

Collection and Finance:

- Ensure collection and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) targets are met.

- Collaborate with finance for better execution.

Technical Expertise:

- Be technically sound and a value seller.

- Drive the MPL (Managed Print Services) business and introduce new products.

Dealer Performance: - Monitor dealer performance and develop growth plans for their success.
