Job Profile : Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Deliverables : - Core responsibility is to develop, service, and grow relationships with channel partners to ensure continued delivery of business objectives - Be the critical link between marketing and sales balancing ideation and execution - Activate various offline channels for ADC India : a. Pharmacies b. Modern trade and retail c. Distributor led direct to consumer activations d. Activation in OOH settings - Drive demand generation through programs in offline channels a. Work closely with channel sales owners to identify and advocate strategies which would lead to success in these channels b. Continuously Train Channel Partners on ADC Offerings - Develop mechanisms to track voice of customer and feedback into the marketing planning process and inputs - Drive implementation of ADC SOPs at channel partners to ensure a one ADC experience for the customer irrespective of channel - Drive execution excellence a. Channel performance reporting and execution analytics b. Map Efforts with Outcomes and drive effectiveness and efficiency. c. Design and deploy KPIs to capture success of channel d. Support commercial excellence team with channel performance dashboards for management review - Understand best practices from ADC Asia Pacific as well as Abbott India and deploy within ADC channels - This role will be carrying shared targets for respective channels. It will also require at least 14 days of travel in field to drive effectiveness of the interventions - Critical Attributes: Customer Orientation, Flair for technology and Automation, ability to build things from scratch, execution specialist, strong communication, Collaboration - Adherence to compliance, regulatory and legal framework for all initiatives Job Specifications : Qualifications : MBA from Tier 1 institutes Experience : - Minimum 8 years- experience with at least 2 years in channel activation or similar roles - Exposure in marketing/commercial excellence or sales strongly preferred Key Competencies Required : Managerial : - Strategic thinking &amp; analytical skills - Leadership abilities - Problem solving and decision-making skills - Innovation &amp; result orientation - Excellent Communication Skills &amp; Clarity of thought Behavioral :&nbsp; - Ability to influence, lead and develop team - Cross functional co-ordination. - Conflict Management Functional / Technical :&nbsp; - Functional &amp; Technical Knowledge on activating trade and retail in FMHG settings
