Role Description :

- This is a full-time on-site Senior Executive Client Servicing role, located in Bengaluru. The Senior Executive Client Servicing will be responsible for day-to-day client interaction, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing client accounts, financial management, and maintaining client relationships.

- The Senior Executive Client Servicing will also be responsible for communicating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of client projects.

Qualifications :

- Client Services, Client communication and Creative strategy skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage client accounts and maintain relationships with clients

- Financial management and budgeting skills

- Experience in the digital services industry

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:

- Leadership and team management skills

- Project management experience Knowledge of digital marketing and technology trends

- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
