Change Manager - Smart Execution & Financial Planning - Big4

Big4 is hiring for the position of Smart Execution & Financial Planning - Change Manager in Bangalore location.

1. Knowledge of product costing, standard setting, annual plan process is highly desirable

2. Proven track record of delivering transformational change on multiple large-scale programmes (e.g. ERP, Digital transformation, process changes)

3. Ability to inspire cross-functional, virtual, global, and diverse teams

4.Relationship and stakeholder management, ( e.g. persuading and influencing skills)

5.Proven problem-solving and negotiation capabilities along with a process-focused perspective

6. Proven ability to deliver results in a complex /global environment and to solve complex business and process problems

7. Prosci Change Management Certification (preferred)

Key Skills Requirements:

1.10+ years+ experience of change management and communications delivery; some training experience is advantageous

2. Deep subject matter expert in change management and communications

3. Experience of lean methodologies preferred

4. Flexible to Work in UK hrs
