Change Manager - Pharma

Big4 is hiring for the post of change Manager in Service Sector for Bangalore location.

The E2E process simplification project aims to deliver one set of easily accessible simplified global processes

(Written standards, SOPs) that:

1. Inspire and enable our people to do their best work

2. Aid collaboration in order to facilitate the achievement of Upper Quartile Performance, and Reinforce our 'One Development' culture

3. Managing a complex and large stakeholder landscape, where stakeholders are engaged effectively to ensure understanding, buy in and a smooth path for project delivery;

4. Identifying, mobilising and managing the change network for the project. Creating and executing a business change impact assessment and change action plan to ensure change is successfully mitigated.

5. Executing business readiness activities to measure whether impacted employees are ready for the change, creating and delivering adoption plans as necessary.

Desired experience and skills:

- Deep subject matter expert in change management and communications. Expertise in communication is a must.

- Knowledge of Pharma product development cycle, R&D and Clinical Development is must. Working experience through relevant project is highly desirable.

- Proven track record of delivering transformational change on multiple large-scale programmes (e.g .ERP, Digital transformation, process changes)

- 10+ years+ experience of change management and communications delivery; some training experience is advantageous

- Experience of lean methodologies preferred

- Ability to inspire cross-functional, virtual, global, and diverse teams

- Relationship and stakeholder management, ( e.g. persuading and influencing skills)

- Proven problem-solving and negotiation capabilities along with a process-focused perspective

- Proven ability to deliver results in a complex /global environment and to solve complex business and process problems.
