Person in this role is expected to build strong working relations with key stakeholders and bring incremental changes to meet the needs of product R&D teams. This includes working at all levels in the organization, managing communications related to change, assessing impact, readiness and resistance to change and helping teams in adopting the change. A person in this role should be hands-on while have the ability to manage a team. This role requires strong knowledge on SDLC process and related methodologies. Job Responsibilities : - Developing change management plans for change initiatives. - Evaluating the impact of planned organizational change. - Documenting relevant processes and activities. - Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation and contingencies. - Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change. - Leading change management with a structured process. - Supporting development of communications relevant to change initiatives. - Facilitate training needs emerging as a result of change to relevant stakeholders. - Define success metrics and measure performance against these. - Lead a team in successfully managing assigned activities in PMO - Coordinate and monitor the execution of changes management across portfolios. Required Qualifications : - Minimum 5+ years of progressive Change Management leadership - Minimum of 5-7 years of people management experience. - Good experience working in a software product organization of global repute - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. - Thorough knowledge of Project / Program management in both Waterfall & Agile Delivery Methodologies. - Experience using multiple Enterprise Project / Program / Portfolio Management Tools. - Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and other Agile tools.
