Change Manager - FTE Recon Tool - Big4

Big4 is hiring for the post of Change Manager for FTE Recon for Bangalore location.

- Drive change management end to end

- Develop and execute training strategy and plan

- Set up governance and conduct training sessions

- Develop and deploy the communication materials

- Develop and implement change management strategies for clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on change management best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Strong knowledge of BPR, Process Re-engineering, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Change Management, Client Relationship Management, Business Transformation, Project Management, Change, Program, ELM.

- Proven track record of delivering successful change management projects.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required.
