Min 7-9 years of experience in a consulting firm with Ability to demonstrate strong working knowledge in the planning and implementation of the following organizational change management elements: stakeholder analysis & engagement, communications strategy & planning, key message development, change agent network, change impact assessment, organization design & alignment, change readiness, and end user training.

1. Design and implement actionable and targeted change management interventions such as stakeholder analysis, communications planning, change impacts, change agent network, organizational readiness, and training plans.

2. Stakeholder Management. Support the Change Management Lead in communicating with stakeholders to keep them up to date with progress, issues and developments in relation to change management interventions applicable in various projects, communicating with staff affected by change to maintain morale and support for change.

3. Ensure that change management initiatives and activities are in alignment with overall project plans, objectives, and timelines.
