Change Manager - PROSCI cert.(Mandatory)
- Own the Change experience design & delivery including program management, right from building the case to delivering the outcomes, enabling achievement of strategic goals of the organization.
- Certification in Project Management - PRINCE II, PMP, Agile and/OR Change Management (Prosci, APMG Change practitioner, Culture change)
- Developing and enhancing relationships with our key stakeholders, understand the business and navigate within the organization to embed change effectively.
- Observing, listening and asking better questions to understand their needs and expectations.
- Bringing diverse and thought-provoking perspectives and point of view to explore solutions working with the team.
- Perform rapid assessment of current projects within the portfolio and develop/execute change management strategy, accelerating the outcomes and managing change effectively.
- Being prepared to speak credibly and confidently about process & technology and ability to identify opportunities to solve business issues.
- Contribute towards building the capability for the function to efficiently & effectively manage the programs and coach colleagues who are managing programs/projects to effectively embed change management
- Ensure standardization in project/change management practices adopted and align them to organization goals.
- Ability to identify and measure benefits and define KPIs relevant for the functions.
- Host SteerCo and drive discussions/decisions working with the project leader/sponsor.
