Change Management/Technology Transformation/Technology Implementation Role

Also note that it would be a 6 months construal role subject to renewal depending on the project.

Brief Responsibilities :

- Support the Organization change and adoption through their technology implementations across multiple geographies 

- Manage varied stakeholders (internal and external)

- Develop communication plan and support its implementation

- Develop training plan and schedule for all impacted groups

- Work with the implementation teams and Program managers to activate different regions

- Develop adoption and sustenance plans to ensure benefit realization

Knowledge:

- Experience in managing end to end change; from business case development to adoption support.

- Technology change experience is a must

Other Skills :

- Ability to work in an onsite-offshore environment

- Ability to present clear thought process

- Ability to work independently within set directions

- Willingness to develop documents and get into the thick of project implementation

- Proficient in English
