The ideal candidate will be an inspiring and confident leader with a total work experience of atleast
- 12+ years in managing post integration Communication and Change Management in a global technology organization. Incumbent should possess:
- 12-17years of exeprinece (5-6 years minimum in PMI space)
- Change management for IT transformation projects (Infra services, security, Apps, EUS)
- Focus on Post merger Integration - setting up the complete fuction
- Should have worked on 1 implementation project atleast
- Good Stakeholder mgt, project management - able to coordinate with different teams
- Program management, driving communication across different teams, change & risk management.
- Master's Degree in business administration or similar.
- 12+ years of relevant work experience i.e. Leading Organization Change Management (OCM), including communications.
- Preferred background includes roles in management consulting, corporate strategy, project delivery leadership, or other similar functions involving analytical and multidisciplinary domains
- Led organization change management initiatives for IT/IS transformation projects
- Experience in Project Strategizing, Management & Delivery with an acute business acumen
- Demonstrated track record of exceptional project management abilities
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere & Forward looking with a holistic approach
- Comfortable working both independently and with large teams in a matrixed organization environment.
- Experience with large-scale organizational integration change efforts
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
