- 2 or more years of experience in IT industry.

- Experience of working in Financial Services Domain is desirable.

- Process management background and experience of Service Transition relating to Change Management.

- Experience of operating in a fast-paced business environment with an emphasis on positive change and adaptive working practices.

- Experience of engaging and building successful relationships with stakeholders of the Change Management process, including senior management.

- Experience of BMC Remedy or any such tool.

- Experience of operating in a Global business environment.

- Good spoken and written communication skills
