The Change Management consultant will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee awareness, adoption, and usage of the change. The role will focus on change impact on people side due to changes in business processes, systems & technology, and organization structures.

The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans which maximize adoption and minimize resistance. The change management consultant will work to drive benefit realization, ROI and achievement of change KPIs awareness to adoption.

The Job

- The Change Management Consultant will work with key change sponsors in the organizations to succeed.

- This role will act as a coach to senior stakeholders and C-level executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor.

- The Change Management Consultant will sometimes also provide direct coaching to frontline managers and supervisors helping them through transitions .

- This role will closely work with Project teams in integrating the change management activities into their project plans.

Your Profile

- Masters degree with exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.

- 6-7 years of work experience with minimum 3-4 years of experience in the handling transformation projects

- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audience.

- Ability to influence the stakeholders towards a common vision.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications- Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Visio.

- Any creative skills and use of creative tools like Adobe Acrobat, video making tools like Captivate, Articulate etc is a plus

- Domain knowledge of CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, Financial industries is a plus.

- Strong inclination towards technology enabled changes like automation/AI.

- Ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously.

- Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams.
