5. Conducting a Change Management Impact Analysis and developing treatment plans
6. Ensuring a smooth transition to new ways of working through effective change interventions
7. Designing and implementing strategies for sustained behaviour shift and culture change
8. Supporting Change Measurement activities
9. Working across a dynamic, international team where English is the common language
10. Collaborating with the best and brightest minds in the industry
11. Coaching and mentoring junior team members.
12. Contributing to practice-building efforts such as team engagement, capability development etc.
13. Support end-to-end solutioning and proposal development as per aligned geography/ market
14. Travelling globally to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change
