- We have requirement for an MNC based at Manesar.

- This will be Fixed Term Contract for 1.5 years .It will be on third party payroll.

- Job location would be Manesar & Bawal both as per business requirement. The Candidate will have to travel to Manesar or Bawal depending on the requirement.

Position : Change Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

- The Change Lead is responsible for planning and managing all the activities required to implement the people & business-related change associated.

- Should have experience of handling SAP/ERP Implementation across all functions of the organisation

Business Vision & Roadmap :

- Change Strategy Planning

- Change Network

- Establish & support the Change Network for the release to provide effective support to the business

- Establish & maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate two-way understanding/the partnership between the business & programme to support change readiness and enable the timely identification of any change-related risks or potential areas of concern/resistance to planned changes

- Work with the business to develop & support the Super User network, providing guidance, regular updates & facilitating two-way conversations

- Impact Assessment & Business Readiness

- Plan, coordinate & facilitate business impact assessments relating to the implementation into the business and ensure the resulting actions are identified and captured appropriately

- Coordinate the development & maintenance of the Business Readiness Action Tracker & monitor & report the status of readiness activities

- Works with all levels of the relevant business unit to develop and deliver change interventions into the business

- Works closely with other members including co-workers in the Deployment Team and Change Leads in the Hub and other Deployment Teams

- Key influencer in the reception of the business and in managing lessons learned from one deployment to another
