Chandigarh Distillers & Bottlers - Senior Manager - Corporate Affairs

Responsibilities :

Reporting to MD, the primary function of this role is to do liasoning with various government departments like Excise, Pollution, Labour Dept, other govt. agencies for various approvals & business expansion initiatives

Liasoning :

- Liasoning with government departments & senior officials

- Getting approvals related to MOEF, Excise, Pollution Board, Labour Department, Sales Tax, VAT, EPF for all the group companies

Research :

- Closely monitoring legal changes and incorporating the same in the organization

Communication/Follow-up :

- Representing the company externally to government agencies, external agencies and general public

- Ensuring timely renewals of all the necessary approvals/licenses

Skills :

- Good Liasoning Skills

- Statutory Knowledge of various compliances

- Communication Skills

- Excise Knowledge

- High Mobility

Location : Must be from in and around Chandigarh and should have good experience of Punjab and Haryana Government Departments
