General Job Qualifications:
- Role will report directly to the CEO and Founder on a day-to-day basis
- Autonomous role with the opportunity to build a consumer brand across multiple digital channels
- Inner creativity, core analytical marketing skills and attention to detail are the three most important criteria for a successful outcome to this role
- Total work experience of 6-7 years with at least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in performance marketing
- Candidate must be extremely organized, analytical, be able to multi-task and have excellent attention to detail
- Candidate must have extremely strong communication and interpersonal skills - spoken English, & Hindi. Gujarati or Marathi is a plus but not mandatory
- Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory
Performance Marketing Job Profile:
- Prior experience of at least 3-4 years in Performance Marketing is mandatory
- Candidate should ideally have worked in an F&B start up but if not, consumer brand performance marketing experience is mandatory
- You will be responsible for scaling up the brand via sales on website, marketplaces and quick commerce platforms
- You will be responsible for creating, coordinating and scaling sales via the use of static creatives, marketplace creatives and videos along with UGC videos
- Candidate must be comfortable with Performance Marketing Metrics like ROAS, NPS, Customer Repeat %, LTV, CAC, DAU, MAU, Activation Rate
- This position is KPI driven, output driven and above all, results oriented
- Brainstorm, ideate, plan, coordinate and execute the performance marketing monthly plan
- Work with photographers and videographers in conceptualizing product and stylized shoots
- Ideate and curate social media content including videos/gifs/carousels/single image ads/static posts/reels/stories for Facebook and Instagram
- Identify influencers that can work with the brand on promoting products and boosting top of the funnel marketing activities
- Structure landing pages for advertisements and incorporate learnings from campaigns
- Be the sole point of coordination between external vendors and the brand
- Utilize SEO tools to optimize website traffic, content relevance and link popularity
- Identify new vendors, partners and distribution channels with whom the brand can collaborate to boost sales
- Work in close conjunction with operations team in cataloguing and listing products on marketplaces
D2C Website Job Profile:
- Understand UI/UX for brand website and engage with website development team to update product, promotion and pricing information as and when required
- Be familiar with terms like cart abandonment, repeat customer rate, customer retention rate, product return rate, gross margin and average order value
- Manage the entire admin panel of the website including any kind of customization or feature development that may be required
- Understand the working of various d2c tools like Gupshup, Moengage, Wigzo, Limechat for customer acquisition, customer engagement, retargeting and retention
- Devise and execute email, SMS and WhatsApp marketing campaigns on a weekly basis
General Responsibilities:
- Attend client events, exhibitions and trade shows and be the face of the company in these interactions
- Hold daily and weekly focused sessions with all marketing stakeholders and communicate views and feedback to the Founder
- Build a performance driven culture for future recruitment in marketing functions
