- Min 3 yrs experience of Sourcing and procurement experience in China

- Develop the commercial framework to optimize costs. Own and manage an assigned spend portfolio. Initiate cost savings ideas and achieve indirect saving targets. Lead sourcing project team, conduct negotiations, execute strategic sourcing methodology.

- Assess supplier portfolio and manage within the SRM framework, including identifying the best potential providers for the various market segments. Determine stakeholders needs. Identify effective strategies and sourcing levers. Develop a plan of action and execute.

- Develop a global supply base, especially for "boutique" needs; through external market analyses. Identify innovative capabilities and services within assigned category of spend and implement with internal stakeholders.

- Develop and implement process improvements; for instance, identifying common needs that could be better addressed through internalizing capabilities. Establish Master Service Agreements and rates cards for more efficient process and lower overall costs.

- Provide governance and oversight to ensure procurement policies/procedures are met. This role will ensure supply chain process is optimized and feasible in order to deliver sustainably on IM&S projects.

- Acting as a liaison and sourcing adviser to the Regional Procurement Directors and business unit stakeholders. Manage relationships with the business units within the region and ensure compliance with budget and GP Policy. Engage stakeholders proactively as a business partner to improve demand management and application of best practices.

- Work with internal business stakeholders to apply Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program/protocols to suppliers in assigned portfolio.
