Job Description :

- Overseeing various financial functions such as financial reporting, banking & treasury, budgeting, direct and indirect taxation, RBI compliances, financial planning & analysis management reports to the senior management.

- Implementation of Ind AS

- Manage day-to-day activities in treasury functions to meet the financial obligations of the organization

- Reviewing of data / information for sharing it with Banks/ Fund Houses such as proposal notes, CMA data/ business projections, notes for fresh borrowings for submission to the Banks/ Fund Houses

- Overseeing funds operations with respect to receipts and payments on account of maturity of assets and liabilities, monitoring of ALM statements.

- Monitoring of borrowing covenants including maintenance of security cover for all borrowings with Security Trustee;

- Dealing with credit rating agency / Stock Exchanges / Security Trustees / Debenture Trustees for submission of periodic information etc.

- Finalization of overall Accounts and Balance Sheet

- Responsible for overall accounts and financial statements of the company

- Handling statutory, RBI and other auditors

- Responsible for overall tax, RBI, company and other compliances

- Overall Company Tax Compliances

- Preparation and filing of all direct and indirect (GST) tax returns

- Preparation of workings for tax assessments

- RBI Compliances

- Responsible for compliance with overall RBI NBFC compliances

- Preparation and filing of RBI returns (NDSI500,NBS7,STDL,Structural liquidity, IRS,FDI return, Crilc returns, SMA reporting etc)

- Handling RBI inspections

- Treasury Support

- Preparation of ALM working

- Preparation of overall financial workings for treasury activities

- MIS preparations

- Financial MIS

- Business and segment wise MIS

- Performance MIS
