Designing and developing financial and business analytical reports for the management and dashboards that present the information and enhances decision making.
Job Responsibilities :
- Auction wise sales, margin, variable and fixed cost analysis.
- Employee wise credit card spend analysis. Training staff on Zoho platform.
- Preparing auction wise future cost projections.
- Creating Payment gateway links during auctions.
- Initiate payment gateway refunds to customers.
- Get competitor financial data and company contacts for internal reference and use.
- CR team sales performance analysis.
- Work on special projects like contract terms and conditions, company growth plan, and adhoc analysis and reports.
- Suggest strategies / actions through effective data analysis and highlight opportunities, issues, performance deficiencies that need management attention.
- Coordinate with the Finance team to prepare management reports for business data analysis
- Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting: Support the calendar year planning process by providing auction related sales and expenses trend information for review & use.
- Ability to work with deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Preparing financial analysis reports, business performance financial commentaries, budget Vs. actual variance and rolling forecasts.
Experience :
- Fresher : 0-1yrs experience
- Experienced : 5-7 years of experience in Business/Cost Analysis
