Champs Group - Credit & Operation Manager - Business Loans

Experience : 3-5 years of relevant experience

Place : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

The role involves the following responsibilities :

- Pre & Post Disbursement compliances

- Timely creation/modification of ROC documents.

- Working with the deal team in execution of deal docs, tracking of pending documentation formalities, and ensuring all the documents are in order after the deal is funded.

- Portfolio monitoring - Tracking covenants and other conditions on a regular basis to ensure that the company is compliant with the agreed terms.

- Preparation and issuance of NOC/pari passu letters required from other lenders and collection of the same.

- Ensure effective coordination with the legal teams and third-party consultants.

- Co-ordination with the internal finance team for audit/investor related queries.

- Any regulatory data collection from the portfolio companies.

- Preparing and maintaining dashboards for tracking various compliances

Qualifications and Requirements : Commerce Graduate/M.com with 3-5 years of relevant experience
