About the role : Finance Manager

- To manage, control and own the MP P&L.

- Accounting and recording of transactions in Chalo's books on time to facilitate book closure by 4th of following month for MP

- Receivable and Payables for all ongoing projects.

- Drive Weekly & Monthly reviews for MP, solve for data integrity and reconciliations. Own up the complete data accuracy piece

- Lead Operational Finance for MP and Business

- Partner for MP Business Unit.

- Manage receivables with government authorities.

- Ensure timely payouts of BG to STU's/Operators.

Functional Competencies for the role :

- Hands on experience on accounting, book closing & recording of transactions.

- Experience with handling accounts receivable and payable processes and lead Operational Finance.

- Ability to gather data in unorganized setting, correlate data and prepare useful information.

- Ability to interpret complex contracts and identify accounting treatment in line with GAAP including tax impacts Ability to deal with Operations teams and stakeholder relationships for data dependencies and process implementation.

- Excellent Excel Skills

- Knowledge of Zoho Books (added advantage)

- Setting SOPs for existing processes and new processes.

- Ability to lead a team of executives

- Experience in FP&A and MIS reporting
