Chalo - Assistant Manager - Finance - CA

Job Overview:

As an Assistant Manager of finance, you will be an integral part of our finance team, working closely with the CXOs, Head of Finance, and the leadership team. You will be responsible for supporting various special projects and initiatives across the organization, providing valuable insights and analysis to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting data analysis and preparing reports to support financial planning and analysis activities.

2. Assisting in the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

3. Generating and maintaining management information systems (MIS) to track key performance indicators and financial metrics.

4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams on various projects related to investments, corporate finance, business finance, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

5. Providing analytical support to evaluate potential investment opportunities and strategic initiatives.

6. Assisting in financial modeling and scenario analysis to support decision-making processes.

7. Performing ad-hoc analysis and research to support the needs of the finance team and senior management.

Requirements:

1. Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.

2. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

5. Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

6. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.
