DIGITAL MARKETING ASSOCIATE

In this role, you will create and manage content, manage customer engagement via emails, monitor Google Analytics and proactively provide solutions for improvement.

Role & Responsibility:

- Manage end to end customer communication including emails (Tools like MailChimp)

- Create and manage content

- Evaluate customer data, market conditions and competitor data

Requirements:

- 1 to 3 years of experience digital marketing experience.

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Strong end to end ownership and getting hands dirty with the details

- Experience with similar roles in online industry

- Basic technical know-how on tools like MailChimp, Google Analytics, etc..,

- Content writing experience is a plus

- Strong analytical skills
