ChakraHQ - Associate Product Manager

About the role:

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM), to build and maintain product solutions within the ChakraHQ platform suite, conduct Market research, drive product strategy and go-to-market. Your problem-solving and collaborative superpowers will enable you to effectively drive strategy and execution at ChakraHQ.

You will be the owner of the conceptualization, launch, marketing and adoption of the products/features you get implemented. You will focus on leveraging the ChakraHQ platform to define robust workflow suites for our customers and prospects. You will function as the primary point of contact for all technical, product and support questions on a day-to-day basis and will coordinate with & leverage the various ChakraHQ teams to ensure your customers' success. Responsibilities:

- Help in developing and implementing product vision and strategy

- Meet regularly with prospect and client teams to collect and analyze user feedback to shape new - product ideas and user requirements

- Partner with engineering, and product managers to successfully guide product design, implementation, release, testing, and maintenance

- Have strong solutioning skills in translating customer needs to product requirements and functionalities

- Work with the leadership team in planning the product roadmap

- Convert ideas to prototypes and demonstrate success through experiments

- Coordinate with the engineering team to plan and deliver features on time

- Act like an owner for the success of your product

Position Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA is a plus

- 2+ years of demonstrated total experience handling enterprise customers of all sizes in Product Management, Engineering, Business Analyst or Account Management role in a software company

- Strong desire to tackle hard problems and proven ability do so with little or no direct daily supervision

- Excellent written and communication skills and an ability to concisely explain complex issues and solutions

- Prior experience working for a technology startup (plus)
