Looking for Zonal Audit Manager West(Pune) - MFI Audit Experience

Position - Zonal Audit Manager West-Pune (MFI Branch Audit)

- Experience in Operations/Business/Audit in Bank/NBFC/MFI will be required.

- Typical profile - Area Manager/regional Manager in operations/Business or Internal Auditor handling a team of auditors.

- Scope of work : Will be responsible for conducting audits of MP, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra Nadu with about 400 Branches, handling a large team of auditors

- Planning and execution of field audits. Setting up of internal Audit team, recruitment of Cluster, Unit and regional Audit managers. Ensure training and development of a team of auditors. Conducting fraud investigations and presenting reports to management on a periodic basis.

- Key Skills : Strong process orientation, Should have attention to detail, Should have reasonable knowledge of XL/Word/PPT and adept at using various softwares. Good people skills (communication and team handling) and Willing to travel extensively,
