Chaitanya India Fin Credit - Senior Manager - Fund Raising

- Pre fund raising screening or analysis of the borrowing agreement, and associates doc. Term sheet and covenants scrutiny, negotiating on commercials, covenants, securities, other terms

- Closely monitor the Direct Assignment or PTC convent breaches and publish the reports or communication management and lender on regular intervals. Covenant testing and tracking, and providing alerts -for term loans, NCDs, sub debts, PTCs (if any)

- Monitor the Post Borrowing support Activities Like - Book debt circulation, circular Monthly DA collection reports, Pay outs receipts, other reports, if any post funding reporting & monitoring, lender compliances, regulatory compliances, ECB compliances, coordination for legal clearances, filing support, other support to the Navi banking team

- Support for all ALM reporting preparation and fillings. ALM compliance, other regulatory compliance for borrowings

- DA/ PTC pool assets mapping, monitor the pool collection and pay-outs. Mapping and monitoring of assigned pools, collections and payouts, receipt of cash flows

- Part of fund raising to be involved for all - Pricing, negotiations, Hypothecation of loans. Terms and conidiation analysis. Same as #1

- Knowledge on Risk matrix analysis of Investment - DA/ PTC/ G Sec, other if any (1) Investment of daily/weekly floats in overnight and liquid funds, (2) optimization of returns and funds utilization efficiency, (3) investment of near-term and medium-term instruments viz. g-sec, government bonds, high rated debt instruments, PTCs - in consultation with Navi treasury team

- Debt repayment confirmations/follow ups. Already we are doing

- Fund raising, Legal clearance, compliances fillings support activities. Same as #3

- Coordinate with ratings agencies or external valuator for all credit ratings of TL or borrowing instruments. Coordinating with rating agencies, other firms involved in debt raising, lender visits and field trips, lender audits if any

- Act as centric person between Lender, Fund raising team and Treasury operations teams.

- Lender or banking communication and relationship management. Relationship management for liabilities and investments, in collaboration with Navi fund raising team

- Address all the lender or investor communication or quarries or escalations if any. Should come after #3

- Exp if any , worked in any start of operations or Transition roles.

Job Specification :

1)Good Knowledge in treasury fund raising and support activities.

2)Preferably from Corporate office exposure. BFSI / Banking /Trustee or Brokerage firm.

3)Qualification - B Com/ BBA/ MBA/ Diploma in Baking or Treasury or Financial market certification if any.

Any graduate/post graduate, preference to MBA from any tier-1/2 college

4) Experience - 3 + years
