Role - Manager/Sr Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis

Key accountability :

a) Preparation of Annual Operating Plan and Forecast on a quarterly basis.

b) Cost optimisation and Branch wise Profitability

c) Determination of Break up even point and provide inputs with regard to optimising overall cost for the company

d) Optimising business plan to rationalise cost and build a realistic business plan

e) Analyses profitability and Variance by creating suitable templates

f) Submits monthly financial review MIS

g) Evaluates opex variance, clarifies reasons for the difference by way of understanding the nature of expense through discussion with various functions, and suitably suggests changes to budget to aid opex control

h) Facilitate review of profitability through management meetings by providing analysis on yield, cost of borrowing etc

i) Timing of Capital infusion/ Projected CRAR, DE ratio

j) Timely comparative industry reports

Experience and Skills

- Education - CA/ MBA in finance from reputed institute

- Experience - 2-5 years in business planning/budgeting along with preparation of projected financial statement
