Experience 4+ years in risk management

Qualifications MBA or CA or FRM/PRM

Location Bangalore

Key Responsibilities;

1. Owner for portfolio risk assessment, monitoring and reporting

2. Measure risk in lines with RBI guidelines, BASEL norms, and internal policies

3. Develop & monitor the risk framework, risk metrics, and tools (scorecards, gradings, metrics, etc)

4. Prepare periodic risk reports for internal and external stakeholders

5. Identify and raise issues with the Management, review corrective actions and track resolutions

6. Review and improve the Company's Expected Credit Loss model

7. Ensure risk compliance in lines with regulatory norms

8. Coordinate with other risk verticals to identify inter-related issues and enhance risk optics

9. Keep updated with the external environment, and identify & measure emerging risks

10. Work on special projects involving Risk management

11. Expand risk coverage and ensure that risk remains a key priority for the Company

Skills required:

- 4+ years- experience in Risk management in any Bank, NBFC, credit bureau, or rating agency

- Strong understanding of lending operations, loan products, and risk management

- Knowledge of Basel norms, RBI guidelines, and risk measurement approaches

- Acquainted with Expected Credit Loss approach and credit impairment models

- Good in analytics and usage of analytical tools, spreadsheets, word, and power points

- Practical knowledge of SQL/Python would be a plus
