Location Bangalore

Key Responsibilities;

1. Preparation of annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting with business leaders, CFO, & CEO

2. Preparation of long-term strategy for growth, expansion and entry/exit

3. Monitor and analyse business performance against annual plans & forecasts, identify focus areas for performance improvement, and liaise with business leaders for timely & appropriate action

4. Closely track the industry and external developments, to identify opportunities for the company, and support the Management in adopting appropriate strategy

5. Facilitate periodic business review and financial review meetings

6. Prepare investor presentations and decks for internal and external stakeholders

7. Own and drive strategic projects involving efficiency management, cost optimization, profitability, expansion, and technology

Skills required:

Ideal candidate should be from consulting, investment banking, equity or fixed assets research, business finance, corporate finance strategy, or chief-of-staff background, with 3+ years' experience post highest qualification - CA or MBA from a premier institute.

- Strong analytical skills, good business acumen, and can formulate data-driven strategies

- Strong Excel modelling skills

- Knowledge of any BI tool or scripting/programming language would be a plus (not mandatory)

- Quick learner and agile in approach

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Has experience in leading or managing cross-functional teams and strategic projects

- Takes initiative and can think of new ways to approach a problem
