The Business Excellence is responsible for driving new initiatives, doing root cause analysis, process improvement which is focussed on reduction of cost by improving the efficiencies, identifying and removal of bottlenecks and improved customer experience (internal & external).
This position requires the skill of identifying and driving the projects which result in process optimisation, cost reduction and better customer experience.
Job Description:
- Process Re-engineering and improvement
- Designing Processes with consultation with the Functional Team
- Handling Change Management
- Project Management and timely delivery
- Data Analysis
- Root Cause Analysis
Experience / Skills:
- Experience in change management roles
- Good in designing process flows
- Advanced Excel and Power Point Skills
- Six Sigma / PMP desirable
- Experience in Financial sector
