Profile Credit Risk Analytics Manager

Qualifications MBA / CA / FRM / PRM / CFA

Location Bangalore

Key Responsibilities;

1. Owner for credit risk analytics, decisioning, and system-based risk rules, and credit algorithms

2. Develop and implement credit risk models using analytical and data-backed approaches

3. Track model performance, suggesting improvements and implementing approved changes

4. Test models through pilots, use cases, and subjective assessments

5. Analyse default events and find root cause of events and outliers,

6. Identify risk indicators and early warning signals using input data & model outputs

7. Roll-out / enhance the credit lending framework including policies, processes, controls, etc

8. SPOC to data vendors and internal consumers for the model

9. Integrate models to IT systems, and set up systems & processes for offline models

10. Lead cross-functional projects pertaining to models & algorithms, ensure seamless adoption of models across business and support verticals

11. Build ECL models for credit risk, other application and behavioural models

12. Work on special projects within Risk Analytics

Skills required:

- 5+ years- work experience in relevant field, ideally in any Bank or NBFC

- Hands on experience in credit risk model building, implementation, testing, integration

- Strong in analytics and usage of analytical tools, spreadsheets, modelling tools

- Good knowledge of RBI norms, BASEL approaches, ECL guidelines, and lending best practices

- Working knowledge in R or Python

- Good communication skills, inter-personal & negotiation skills, logical decisioning traits
