The Talent Management Specialist will help drive organization values and philosophy through talent management activities that are strategically linked to the organization's mission and vision. The talent management specialist will support the design and implementation of talent management programs that drive company values, increase employee engagement, and accelerate performance to deliver business results. Talent programs include performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, career development and other strategic projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conceptualizing and designing all people development interventions for the organization which will include executive assessment, coaching, individual development planning, talent review, succession planning and executive development programs.

- Suggest and implement process improvements & re-engineering of existing organization processes that help people productivity.

- Create frameworks for building & enhancing people manager capabilities that can foster a high-performance and high-engagement culture.

- HR Partner with Employees and Enabling Functions.

- Lead compensation and benefits strategy and execution.

- Lead HR Analytics.

- Working on OD interventions with the aim of making the organization more effective.

- Supporting the development of high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of high performing professional talent.

- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating TM issues and solutions as appropriate

Desired Candidate Skills:

- Conceptual clarity of HR concepts equipped with an MBA in Human Resources with 2-5 years of experience.

- In depth experience of designing and ideating Talent management and Organization development practices.

- An ability to connect dots and propose out-of-the-box HR solutions.

- An ability to find solutions quickly and have the capability to drive things to closure.

- An ability to express unique ideas and concepts in the most creative yet simple manner.

- Strong command on language, written as well as spoken.

- Strong interpersonal skills and are an extrovert.

- An ability to work for stretched hours and are high on energy.

- Worked in a fast-paced culture.
