- Develop Content from Raw PPTS, MAKE It standardized,add animation effects, videos, etc to make it understandable to users.

- Collaborate with the Business/operation team to design and develop program content of programs.

- Design training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs.

- Preparing content, releasing learning and development assignments, generating custom/standard reports and dashboard

- Copywriting the content in vernacular languages.

- Creating a digital library of content.

- Implementing a Learning Management system.

- Skills Required - Excellent writing skills, with the ability to write and structure content clearly.

- Effective communication skills and the ability to express views and ideas both verbally and in writing

- Well versed with content development, MIS preparation good knowledge of LMS tools and training methods

- Experience in writing and re-versioning materials for the online environment and for a range of different audiences
