Experience 6-7 years in as as an content designer

Primary responsibilities :

- Develop Content from Raw PPTS, MAKE It standardise,add animation effects, video's etc to make is understandable by users.

- Collaborate with Business/operation team to design and develop program content of programs.

- Design training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs.

- Preparing content, release learning and development assignment, generating custom/standard report and dashboard

- Copy writing the content in vernacular languages.

- Creating a digital library of content .

Implementing Learning Management system.

Skills :

- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to write and structure content clearly.

- Effective communication skills and the ability to express views and ideas both verbally and in writing

- Well verse with content development, MIS preparation

- good knowledge of LMS tools and training methods

- Experience of writing and re-versioning materials for the online environment and for a range of different audiences

- Experience of evaluating and analyzing information and data to propose improvements to content to ensure users' needs are met.
