Responsibilities:
HR Manager responsible for managing all HR related activities in the company
Act as a business partner to the functional VPs
Offer thought leadership in organizational and people-related strategy
Lead employee relations efforts, getting to root causes of issues and designing/implementing solutions that work across multiple groups
Help in developing compensation plans and determining salary levels
