Chainalytics - Consultants/Senior Consultant - Supply Chain Planning - Solution Implementation

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Identify and analyze data, such as historical sales, inventory, and other operations/supply chain data from different sources (databases, excel sheets, emails, etc)

- Work closely with and Solution Architects to develop functional and technical solution designs

- Configure the tool/solution (Blue Yonder/JDA, o9, Logility, Vanguard, Toolsgroup, Optiant, SAP APO/IBP etc.) as per the design and institute performance monitoring systems

- Use mathematical models (predictive and statistical methods) to analyze large data sets to provide business insights to customers

- Create and execute workflow and data analytics test-cases to document and solve issues

- Work with cross-functional teams, IT and business stakeholders, to ensure successful planning and execution of projects

- Plan, develop and deliver Super User and End User training, for a global user base

SKILLS :

- Subject matter expertise & project experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, and IBP/S&OP tools & technologies

- Understanding supply chain planning concepts in one of the following Demand Management, Supply Planning, S&OP, IBP, Inventory planning etc

- Strong fundamentals of analytics packages (SQL, Python, R, Excel) and training in databases (SQL Server, MySQL)

- Strong analytical techniques, data mining knowledge and proficiency in handling large amounts of data

- Impeccable integrity, passion for supply chain planning / consulting, creative, and energetic

- Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills

- Strong multi-tasking, and time-management skills

- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and take initiative

QUALIFICATIONS :

- 1 - 10 years of experience with emphasis in Advanced Supply Chain Planning.

- Proven implementation experience with advanced planning solutions - mandatory, e.g. JDA, o9, SAP APO/IBP, Logility, ToolsGroup, Vanguard, Optiant, etc.

- Advanced user of Microsoft office applications (Excel, Access, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and Word) and SQL

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management or Transportation and Logistics

- Masters of Business Administration (MBA) or other graduate degree preferred

- The ability to travel as required (30% to 60% over extended periods).
