Job brief We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to conduct data monthly Demand Forecasting and Supply Planning to improve our supply chain operations. Your job will help us increase efficiency and reduce costs. In this role, you should have an analytical mind and a strong business acumen. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. Your goal will be to help our supply chain run as smoothly and profitably as possible. Responsibilities: - Gather data and conduct analysis with the goal of improving the organization's Demand &amp; Supply Planning - Identifies underperforming areas in different part of planning and suggest improvements or resolutions to problem - Monitor inventories and develop inter WH/Store/Site distribution scenario. - Analysis on Supply Chain Capacity and demand gap - Assist in monthly demand forecasting activities - Coordinating with each function to achieve delivery commitment - Material procurement Plan to purchase to have right inventory at right time - Implementation of an effective management reporting system with a direct link to operational improvement Education &amp; Experience: - Proven working experience Minimum 4 Years as a Demand &amp; Supply Planner preferably from Retail, FMCG or Consulting industry - Working knowledge of Statistical Methodology for Demand Forecasting and Demand Accuracy calculation such as MAPE, MAD etc - Working knowledge of Inventory Management and Supply Planning. Understanding of calculation such as Lead Time, Safety Stock, Re-order point, EOQ etc - Should be excellent in MS Excel &amp; Power Point, data analysis, Statistical tools/Models and ERP systems - Good to have S&amp;OP/IBP and any Demand forecasting tool knowledge - Proactive and initiative, with sound problem solving skills and hands-on approach - Analytical mind with business acumen - Problem-solving aptitude
