As the Growth Lead,you along with a 2 member team will be responsible for:

- Digital Management of customer lifecycle

- Revenue deliverables via customer cohorts and digital channels

- Improving retention/repeat/ frequency via discounting and non discounting models

- Define loyalty and reward structure for long term benefits

- Define journey and communication for the various customer cohorts to ensure impact on repeat, retention and frequency

- Balance initiatives to deliver long term and short term outcomes
