1. Data Analysis and Insights:

a. Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to food delivery operations and customer behavior.

b. Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in the data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders and drive informed decision-making.

c. Use SQL and data processing to understand business metrics and identify problem areas.

2. Reporting and Visualization:

a. Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business metrics.

b. Present findings and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, to support strategic planning and operational improvements.

3. Process Improvement:

a. Collaborate with operations teams to identify areas of improvement in delivery processes, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.

b. Propose and implement data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

c. Conduct A/B tests and analyze the impact of process changes to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

4. Data Integrity and Quality:

a. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by developing and implementing data validation processes and quality control measures.

b. Identify data anomalies and discrepancies, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
